POLICY INFORMATION
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the order date. All returned items must be in original, sealed packaging and in new unused, saleable condition. If the item is defective please include a detailed description of defect in your request. Due to hygienic reasons the following types of items are not returnable once opened and/ or used: bottles, bottle accessories, bath items, bedding, teething toys, pacifiers.
Please contact rma@adventurousbaby.com to request a RMA number before returning any items. Please include the following information:
1. Order number
2. Purchase Date
3. SKU and Product description
4. Reason for return
5. Condition of item and packaging
Please allow up to 2 business days for a response. If we require additional information to process the approval we will contact you via email. This step helps us save you unnecessary shipping costs and saves us time. If your return is approved, we will provide you a RMA number. Please write this number on the shipping label.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer at their cost. All returned items will be inspected and once approved, a credit will be issued back to the original credit card used to purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the items. We are not able to offer store credit or exchanges at this time. Items that are in saleable condition but do not meet the other return criteria (missing or damaged packaging, valid RMA number) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items that are not in saleable condition will not be issued a credit and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer $6 Flat Rate shipping to the continental United States on orders under $75. All orders over $75 ship free by USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail or UPS Ground.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and shipping. We strive to ship most orders the next business day. You will receive a tracking number in your email once our order is packed and shipped. We ship most orders with USPS Priority Mail. This allows us to ship six days a week, keep our costs low and get you your order faster. Larger orders that do not fit in the flat rate boxes will be shipped UPS Ground.
At this time we are not able to offer other shipping options.
PRIVACY
We value your privacy and the security of your information. Simply put, we do not sell, share, rent or otherwise distribute your information with anyone outside of Adventurous Baby except for the processing of credit card transactions. We may occasionally send our email newsletter of new products, special offers, or general news.You may always opt out of these emails by unchecking the signup box at checkout or responding to the link provided in every email. Please allow 7-14 business days for your request to be processed. We dislike spam and a cluttered email box as much as you and are committed to doing our part to keep yours clean.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
We are proud to offer quantity discounts on certain products. The discount amount will apply to all the eligible items in the transaction. If the discount is $.50 for quantities of two or three, you will save $.50 on each. At this time the discount is only good on the exact same item. We constantly evaluate this program and look at new items to add. Just look for the blue quantity discount button for eligible items.
Coupons do not apply on items that are receiving a quantity discount. For example: 3 Munchkin ice packs are purchased and receive a 15% quantity discount. A coupon good for 10% off the entire purchase would not apply to the ice packs, but would apply to any other items not receiving a quantity discount.
COUPONS
The use of coupons on this site indicates acceptance of the following terms of use. Coupons may only be redeemed on eligible products during the time frame designated on the coupon. Most coupons require a purchase minimum on specific products or categories to be valid.
Sometimes coupons will be issued to a user id as a thank you for a prior purchase. Unless otherwise indicated, these coupons are only eligible to be used with that user id and have a limited number of redemptions. Advertised or publicly available coupons may be used multiple times by any user during the redemption period. At this time only one coupon may be used per transaction. Coupons may not be redeemed on previous transactions.
SALES TAX
We only charge sales tax on orders in CA. All other orders ship tax free. Any purchase related promotions refer to a pre-tax subtotal when applicable.
